The 23,000 sq ft foodstore at Salford Quays will be the Lancashire Company’s first Greater Manchester-based foodstore and a departure from their normal style stand alone store.

Following two years of negotiations and securing planning permission approval last year, Robert Pinkus of Robert Pinkus & Co., has acted as Booth’s Development Consultant since day one of the consultation process, and is excited to see the project taking a significant step forward to its projected opening date in Autumn 2011.
