Work has Started on New City Centre Restaurant Development

A new restaurant development on Glovers Court is available close to Fishergate and adjacent to Browns bar and restaurant, a popular nightspot in the city and opposite Loft. The restaurant is part of a mixed-use development and provides a ground floor area of 3,272 sq ft with accommodation provided over ground and basement floor levels.
A3 Planning consent has been granted on the property and work has now started on site to provide a shell unit ready for handover at the beginning of November allowing interested parties to fit out before the busy Christmas period. Enquiries should be made with Claire Eccleston at Robert Pinkus & Co.
