Windsor Road Clinic Sold

Robert Pinkus & Co has sold the former Windsor Road clinic in Garstang to a local-based dental practice.
The clinic previously owned by North Lancashire Primary Care Trust is set to become a state-of-the-art practice for TotalDental, a countrywide chain of pioneering dental practices. The new practice will open late Summer 2007 and the 3,070 sq ft premises will house four treatment rooms, a complimentary therapy room and a training room. Three dentists, a dental therapist and a hygienist will be based at the new practice.
