Two Remaining Retail Units left at Market Gate Ripon

Following the completion of two major signings at the new mixed-use development Market Gate, Ripon by E H Booths & Co. and Argos, just two retail units remain available for let.
The city centre development by Maple Grove Developments, now anchored by a 32,000 sq ft Booths foodstore, lies in the heart of historic Ripon and the scheme links directly with the Ripon’s main retail core Market Square. The scheme comprises 56,500 sq ft of retail space, 10,000 sq ft of leisure/commercial space and 21 apartments.
Unit 2 comprises 2,113 sq ft on the ground, and unit 3 comprises 9,796 sq ft on ground and first floor. Both units benefit from the 175 space public car park within the scheme.
