Two New Tenants at The Old Mill

Two new tenants have moved into the popular Old Mill Industrial Estate at School Lane, Bamber Bridge.
At Unit 30, ArcWare Architectural Ltd, an online company specialising in door handles that were previously only available to architects and interior designers, has taken 850 sq ft on a new 3 year lease from landlords St Modwen Developments Ltd.
Unit 52 sees I2 Europe Ltd take 1,658 sq ft on a new 3 year lease for their growing business supplying a comprehensive range of textile machinery.

- Unit 25 850 sq ft £6,500 per annum
