Two New Tenants Boost Trade at 3 Village Walks, Poulton

The largest and fastest growing coffee shop chain in the UK, Costa Coffee, has kick-started the high profile transformation of Poulton town centre by moving into 3 Village Walks and can report that since opening in early December, their newest Fylde coast outlet has been a huge success.
Founded in 1971 and the nation’s favourite coffee shop, Costa has taken a 1,545 sq ft unit, part of the former Ethel Austin store adjoining the Teanlowe Centre car park, on a ten year lease. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the landlord and the new branch has created 10 new jobs for the town.
The adjacent unit is let to humanitarian organisation The British Red Cross who will open the 1,141 sq ft premises once the conversion works are completed in the next few weeks. They take the retail unit on a 10 year lease.
