Underwater imaging company Tritech has acquired a site in Ulverston, Cumbria for new offices.
Tritech International Ltd., specialists in design and production of high performance imaging and ancillary equipment for underwater use, plan to develop the land at Canal Head in Ulverston with a purpose-built facility to accommodate their design and production operations, which are currently based at a different location in the town. A new access road to the development will be created over land owned by E H Booth & Co. Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of Booths in negotiating access over the land with Tritech, who were represented by Gary Bushell of Bushell Raven.
Robert Pinkus, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co. said, “We are pleased to have been able to assist with this development which has been legally complex at times and has required a specialist team to advise throughout the process. Tritech’s development plans will provide an economic boost to the area and we wish them luck with their endeavours.”
Tritech employs approximately 100 people worldwide, with sales and customer support offices located in Aberdeen and a design facility in Edinburgh which complements the manufacturing and engineering operations in Ulverston.
