Trio of Deals at Red Scar Industrial Estate, Preston

Three new tenants have signed leases for warehouse premises at Red Scar, a North Preston Industrial Estate.
The first deal is a three year lease on a 5,900 sq ft unit at Red Scar to Hungarian Food. The second is a letting at Tustin Way, to Its2Go Ltd. for 1,000 sq ft on a three year lease and the third letting is for a further 4,200 sq ft unit at Tustin Way to Signs Unlimited on a seven year lease. Robert Pinkus & Co. and Bailey Deakin Hamilton acted as joint agents on the deals.
