Trio of Deals at Popular Blackpool Office Park
Posted on 4th April 2017
Robert Pinkus & Co are pleased to report that a trio of deals have been completed recently at a popular office park in Blackpool.
Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP and Duxbury’s Commercial acted as joint agents in securing over 3,600 sq ft for new tenants at Darwin Court, Blackpool Technology Park, Faraday Way, Blackpool.
New occupiers include two private tenants and Trusted Parking Ltd, who take a new five year lease from landlords UK Real Estates Development Ltd. They join other occupiers in the premises such as Pearson Professional Assessments Ltd, Keyworker Homes (NW) Ltd and David Williamson Ltd.
The recent lettings at Darwin Court mean that there are only two offices, 10b and 13b currently vacant at the property. This strengthens the investment potential of the building which Duxbury’s and Robert Pinkus & Co are actively marketing.
Mark Harrison, surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co said, “Darwin Court presents an excellent investment opportunity given that it is close to being fully tenanted and offers a current passing rental over £100,000 per annum.
“It’s a modern, well-looked after development which forms part of the popular and well-established Blackpool Technology Park and interest in the available office suites from local SMEs has been very good. The park is well connected to the main roads that link to the M55 and motorway network beyond and we think that this presents an ideal, standalone investment opportunity for the right buyer.”
