Training Company Takes Office at Guildhall House

A North West-based vocational training company Beneast Training Ltd has signed a deal to take over 3,532 sq ft office space in Preston city centre. Due to recent success, Beneast Training Ltd. is expanding their training premises and will occupy the first floor suite at Guildhall House, Guildhall Street, from Landlords WR Estates Ltd. on a three year lease. The move will not only create an immediate 5 new jobs for the area, but Beneast Training also have access to government funds to offer training & support to local people and local businesses. Beneast has a leading reputation as one of the North West’s most proficient training organisations providing vocational and work-based training, and over the past twenty years has worked with hundreds of local businesses to help them recruit, train and develop their staff.
Local Commercial Property Consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. secured the deal on behalf of WR Estates who also have additional space available at their other location in the city, Norwest Court.
