Successful Pre-lets at New Preston Development

Over half the space has been pre-let prior to completion at a speculative industrial development at Red Scar Business Park, a key East Preston Employment Area.
The new site by Tustin Developments Ltd. comprising 13 single storey business units at Fulwell Court, Red Scar Business Park, has been part-let to a local company, Sign Build, who will move in upon completion in late June. They take 9,000 sq ft whilst Peelology Ltd. are relocating from the Ribble Valley into larger premises, taking approximately 1,700 sq ft. Two other lettings are in solicitor’s hands, leaving just three units available from 715 sq ft to 2,145 sq ft.
The units feature reinforced concrete floors, block and insulated cladding to the walls, GRP roof lights and an eaves height of six metres. With allocated parking, possible additional mezzanine areas if required and located just half a mile from junction 31a of the M6, the units are an attractive new addition to the local commercial market.
