Robert Pinkus & Co. has secured a high profile deal, bringing a taste of the Orient to Chorley town centre by letting a prime piece of retail space to local restauranteurs on behalf of Maple Grove Developments.
New-Gen International Enterprises Ltd. who are behind the new restaurant venture, will lease the accommodation located at first floor level above the prestige new Booths supermarket until 2015. The restaurant is accessed from a ground floor atrium next to the main Booth’s customer entrance, has disabled access and is adjacent to the Flat Iron Car Park, which provides 361 car parking spaces.
