A retail unit adjacent to Wynsors World of Shoes in Fleetwood has been let to RRB Leisure Ltd. on a new 5 year lease.
The new tenant takes the 3,222 sq ft premises on Dock Street from landlord Courtesy Shoes Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the landlord.
