Retail Space Fully Let at New Garstang Development

The new Booth’s mixed-use town centre development at Cherestanc Square in Garstang is now running at full retail capacity with all available space being fully let prior to completion of building works, reports market agents Robert Pinkus & Co.
All four of the additional shop units at the new complex and the former Booths supermarket building have been successfully let to a varied mix of new tenants with a further 5,608 sq ft of space currently under offer for the first floor offices above the shops.
Forming part of the new mixed-use development in the heart of Garstang town centre, shop unit 1 has been let to Wyre Borough Council for a new Tourist Information Centre, shop unit 2 (842 sq ft) has been let to Mobility Smart and shops units 3 & 4 (1,651 sq ft) have been let to Co-Op Pharmacy.
High street fashion retailer Mackays has taken the whole of the 10,378 sq ft former Booths foodstore.

Garstang is a thriving market town recognised as the world’s first Fairtrade town, located half way between Lancster and Preston City Centres and has a catchment population of approximately 16,000.
