REQUIRED – FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR

We are looking for a qualified FM Surveyor to join our team.
Robert Pinkus (Management Services) Ltd. requires an experienced proactive individual, able to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for managing a sizeable and mixed property portfolio, including retail, office and industrial properties throughout the North-West.
The successful applicant will undertake:
- Routine periodic inspections
- Schedules of Dilapidations
- Building surveys
- Service charge administration
- Sourcing, instructing, monitoring and liaising with service suppliers/contractors
- Monitoring of Health & Safety Assessments
- Liaison with Clients & Tenants
A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience is required
