Red Scar Business Park continues to go from strength to strength as another five business and warehouse units have been snapped up in under two months at the popular Preston East business park.
Local sign makers Sign Build have completed their deal on 9,000 sq ft on a 10 year lease along with Peelology T/a Tibby Olivier who have signed to a five year lease for 1,700 sq ft.
Lazy Lawn, artificial grass, lawns and turf suppliers have taken 974 sq ft on a new three year lease along with Roskerr, commercial printers who take 2,500 sq ft on a new six year lease.
Recycling Lives UK Ltd. have also signed a new five year lease for 11,798 sq ft at A20 Red Scar. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP and Bailey Deakin Hamilton act for the landlord Tustin Developments Ltd. as joint agents on all completed transactions at the business park.
Completed in summer this year, the new build speculative development at Fulwell Court comprising 13 single storey business units, is proving extremely popular with a further two units under offer and just one 715 sq ft unit left to let at the development.
Richard Hargreaves from Tustin Developments said, “The speculative development at Fulwell Court has been a fantastic success and we are delighted that only one unit remains at the development. The speed at which the units have been snapped up shows the demand in the local market for good quality business space and we are therefore proceeding with creating more business units at Red Scar in 2016, with completion expected in the summer.”
Danny Pinkus, Partner at Robert Pinkus said, “Fulwell Court has been a great success and testament to the very real demand for quality industrial space in the Central Lancashire area. We hope on the back of this local success story, more developers will follow suit and we can start to fulfil a gap that exists in the market.”
