New Training Centre for Learndirect Preston

A Lancashire company specialising in training and educational courses has signed to bigger and better offices in Preston city centre. Previously located off Fishergate Hill, MBW Training Services Limited are relocating to newly refurbished offices on the 4^th floor of Guildhall House in the heart of the city. The new tenants have taken 1,500 sq ft from Landlords WR Estates on a three year lease.

MBW Training Services Ltd. offers a wide variety of training through their Learndirect local centre such as educational training in literacy and numeracy, IT courses, online training and access training courses as well as operating as a testing centre for a number of different qualifications and industry bodies.

Learndirect Performance & Contracts Manager at MBW Training Services Paul Skelton said, “A major requirement of ours was to find new offices that offered disabled facilities in a central location that was easily accessible by train, car and bus as we have customers visiting us from all over the North West. The premises at Guildhall Street meets all our requirements and is a spacious, welcoming area with lots of natural light for our clients. The benefit of the office space having a separate room also means that we are able to ensure customers who are testing are in a quiet environment where they can fully concentrate when taking their test.”
