New Leaf Owners Give New Lease of Life to Bartle Offices

New Leaf Irrigation Ltd., a company specialising in irrigation technology systems and advanced sprinkler designs have purchased modern purpose built offices in the attractive semi-rural location of Bartle Court, Bartle, Preston.
New Leaf Irrigation has bought the 1,280 sq ft self-contained office unit from Spencer and Roe, Joint LPA Receivers of Ice Blue (Bartle) Ltd. on a 999 year long leasehold. Eckersley and Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the Vendors in the deal. The new owners join other occupiers such as Cuff and Taylor Event Management, PVC Wizard and NGIA North West Ltd. on site.
