New Garstang Offices Suites Prove a Big Hit

We are pleased to report that new office suites created in Garstang town centre have proved extremely popular with the local business community with five out of seven suites under offer to new tenants.
Located on the first and second floors above the retail units adjoining Booths foodstore on Cherestanc Square, Park Hill Road, the first floor office suites range in size from 217 sq ft to 1,801 sq ft. Local solicitors Harrison Drury, who have operated from the first floor since 2010, will be joined by other tenants ready to move in on completion in the next few weeks.
