New Build Units at Lidun Park Lytham Now Available

Newly built light industrial/warehousing units at a popular trading estate in Lytham St Annes are now available to let.
The nine new units that range from 1,100 sq ft to 2,300 sq ft are located at Lidun Park Industrial Estate, just off Boundary Road, close to Lytham town centre. The units have been completely re-built after a fire tore through the industrial estate damaging the original property. Two of the brand new units are already let and under offer.
The units which are of a steel portal frame construction include features such as an internal eaves height of 4.6m, metal roller shutter goods door, plastic coated steel cladding to the floors and roof, WC accommodation and ample loading and parking facilities.
