New Arts & Crafts Tenant at Ashtrees Way, Carnforth

Rowan Tree Crafts has taken a new tenancy at 3 Ashtrees Way, Market Street, Carnforth.
The arts and crafts retailer takes the premises on a new 3 year lease from E H Booth & Co. Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the landlord.
The shop is part of a busy pedestrainised retail parade providing a link between Booths supermarket and car park and the prime retail high street in Carnforth town centre.
Rowan Tree Crafts is a family business based in Carnforth, Lancashire. The business was established by Rowan Watson in February 2013 at just 16 years old, in a small room above his grandad’s bike shop. Now in his third retail premises, he trades close to a mix of other local independent and national names such as Boots and is directly opposite the Ashtrees Health Centre and the doctor’s surgery.
