Mountain Warehouse Opens New Ulverston Store

Robert Pinkus & Co. is pleased to report that British outdoor and camping equipment retailer Mountain Warehouse has taken new premises in Ulverston, Cumbria,
Mountain Warehouse, who have been retailing outdoor gear for both the family and enthusiast since 1997 and trade from over 165 stores, have taken retail space at Unit 2, Canal Head on the site of the former Heron Glass building. The retailer has taken a 10 year lease from landlords E H Booth & Co. Ltd. with Robert Pinkus & Co. acting on behalf of the landlord throughout negotiations.
The former Heron Glass premises, adjacent to Cumbria Crystal and immediately opposite the popular Booths supermarket, has been refurbished to provide three new retail units on the ground floor and further space at first floor level. Unit 1 is currently under offer leaving just Unit 3 and the first floor available to let.
