Local Architects Expand Practice in Chorley

The ground floor office space of a detached, converted former stables block has been snapped up by a firm of local architects.
Gilling Dod Architects, whose current Chorley office is based in an adjacent building on Duxbury Park, are expanding into a further 2,100 sq ft at The Stables, a two storey block set in a courtyard, which will substanitally increase their floor area and provide additional office space and conferencing facilities, alongside their existing main office.
Gilling Dod take the office from landlords European Settle Estate Plc with Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acting on behalf of the landlord.
Bryan Pullan of Gilling Dod Architects said, “Ongoing success in both eduction and health commissions has enabled us to expand the practice, bolster our workforce and increase our working space to service both our immediate needs and our growing portfolio in the future. We’re looking forward to welcoming our clients to our new, expanded premises.”
A further 2,039 sq ft at first floor is still available at The Stables, Duxbury Park, Chorley.
