AGENCY/BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
A rare and exciting new role has become available for a highly efficient and well-organised individual to join our commercial property practice in Preston.
We advise on all aspects of commercial property including sales, lettings and acquisitions, investment, development, valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals, rating appeals, project management and property management.
Robert Pinkus & Co has built its reputation in a niche market, providing quality of service and commitment to a diverse range of clients, and we now have an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team.
This is a very varied role where you will need the following:
Skills
- Confident and professional telephone skills
- Excellent written and listening skills
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Microsoft competency: Intermediate Word and Excel, Outlook, basic Powerpoint
- Audio typing experience would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided
- Experience from a commercial property background/exposure to a sales and lettings environment would be of a distinct advantage
- Any PR experience welcome, but not essential
- Social media savvy
Experience
- Experience with a customer facing role providing telephone and online support
- Day to day use of multiple administrative processes
- Data entry and running reports from customer databases
- Working in a small team where flexibility is essential
Education and Professional Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2/3 Business Administration or equivalent
- Training or qualification in customer service
- Good general education to at least GCSE level including English and Maths
