Jewellery Designer Takes Longton Offices

Guy Wakeling Jewellery has taken Suite 15 at Church Row Chambers in Longton, Preston.
The new tenant who has been designing bespoke, handmade jewellery for over 24 years, has taken the 337 sq ft offices on a 12 month lease from landlord Tustin Developments Ltd. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the landlord.
Accessed directly off Liverpool Road which links to the A59, the offices are now fully let and form part of a general mixed use area comprising a variety of retail, leisure and office properties as well as a Booths supermarket in the close vicinity.
