ING invests in Squiresgate, Blackpool

With the help of Robert Pinkus & Co., ING Real Estate Investment Management (UK) Ltd. has recently struck a deal on Unit 3, Squiresgate Industrial Estate for a new five-year lease for £82,250 per annum with Blackpool-based Dormant & Assets Rural Diversifications & Development Ltd.
The unit will provide the new tenants with 60,898 sq ft of space with 31 ft clear headroom, loading areas via large roller shutter loading doors and an extensive yard and circulation area. The unit is just over two miles from Blackpool town centre and immediately adjacent to Blackpool’s fast-growing International Airport.
