A local gifting company has taken new premises at a popular motorway-based business Park in East Lancashire with Robert Pinkus & Co. acting as joint agents with Taylor Weaver for landlords Zonemax Ltd.. Colonial Gifts Ltd. has acquired new premises at Mercury Rise, Altham Business Park at Blackburn Interchange, Altham and have taken 1,577 sq ft of office space at Venus House and join other occupiers at Mercury Rise such as Lancashire County Council, GMB Union and CW Advertising Agency.
