We are pleased to report that My Fish Company have moved into new premises at a popular Fleetwood industrial estate.
My Fish Company have taken a new 10 year lease at 10 Harbour Trading Estate, located on Henderson Road, from landlord SD Holdings. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the landlord.
The 5,000 sq ft unit offers the new tenants a modern warehouse unit with ample parking and yard space within a landscaped site and good access to the Amounderness Way, Fleetwood town centre, the rest of the Fylde coast and to and the M55 motorway beyond.
