Fast Food Kiosk Let at Prime Tourist Spot

A deal has been done on an A1 food kiosk located on the busy Waterloo Road, a main tourist thoroughfare and local shopping centre in South Shore, Blackpool. In close proximity to South Pier, The Sandcastle and Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Robert Pinkus & Co. on behalf of the Landlords have let the 194 sq ft kiosk, to a new tenant on a two-year lease.
The new tenant will benefit from the heavy footfall from the passing tourist trade in the upcoming summer months. A further four retail outlets on Waterloo Road are available to let at competitive rents with Robert Pinkus & Co.
