Employment Services Firm Moves to City Centre Offices

Ingeus UK Ltd., a company dedicated to helping people back to work has relocated its Preston office into the city centre.
Ingeus UK Ltd. is one of the UK’s leading employment services companies, and since 2002 has assisted over 66,000 clients into suitable lasting work. Ingeus which has seven NW regional offices is reloacting from Albert Edward House on Preston docklands to Guildhall House, Guildhall Street in Preston city centre. They have taken 4,340 sq ft ground floor accommodation from landlords HIMOR Group Ltd. on a five year lease, rent undisclosed, with Robert Pinkus & Co. and Jones Lang La Salle acting as joint agents on behalf of the landlord.
Ingeus’ regional director for the NW, Barry Fletcher said, “Ingeus has been delivering the Work Programme in the North West since June and this moves means that we will have the facilities we need to assist local people to get back to work, and to support local employers with their recruitment needs from a central, easily accessible location here in Preston.”
The last remaining office suite in the building is available on the first floor at a quoting rent of £10 per sq ft. The 1,472 sq ft office has been comprehensively refurbished recently as have the common areas of the building. As such, owners HIMOR feel Guildhall House offers some of the best quality accommodation in central Preston.
