Electrical Company Moves onto Eldon

A Preston-based battery charger manufacturer and supplies company has taken new premises in Preston city centre due to the company’s ongoing expansion. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the private landlord. Rovert Electrical Ltd., previously based on Red Scar Industrial Estate has acquired new premises on Eldon Street, an area of Preston already popular with a variety of light industrial companies and near to the city centre. Other occupiers in the area include Bandon Tool Hire, Plumb Centre and Peter Cox Building Services.
The 1,775 sq ft semi-detached property, taken on a three-year lease from a private landlord, will provide Rovert Electrical with the opportunity to expand the business and benefits from a large external secure yard, full height roller shutter doors, loading bay for a full width mezzanine floor, three phase electric and internal offices.
