Posted on 23rd February 2009

There has been early success at a speculative industrial development at Tustin Way, a new Preston East business park, off Longridge Road. Two deals have been done both on five year leases with Robert Pinkus & Co. acting on behalf of Landlord’s Tustin Developments Ltd. The first letting is to Roskerr Ltd., an electrical supplies company who have taken 1,000 sq ft and the second is a letting to Coffee Logistics, a coffee machines and supplies business who have taken 1,750 sq ft.

The units are located on a self-contained complex adjacent to the popular Red Scar Business Park and have their own entrance to Longridge Road. Tustin Way is a new development of 14 warehouse/industrial units which range from 1,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft. The self-contained units have extensively glazed front elevations, steel portal framed construction and metal cladding and eaves heights between 4.25m and 6.4 m.  A single office and disabled standard WC are included in the spec as are warehouse and office lighting. The units are set in an attractive landscaped environment with extensive loading, turning and dedicated parking areas.

The new development is ideally placed, adjacent to junction 31a of the M6 for excellent access to all regional and national motorway networks and is in close proximity to Preston city centre and local amenities including Sainsburys and Asda. Nearby occupiers include regional distribution depots for E H Booth & Co. Ltd., Mondi Board, James Hall (Spar) (under construction) and Geopost.
