Robert Pinkus & Co has secured two deals on the same unit in two weeks at Metropolitan Business Park, on Preston New Road in Blackpool. Acting on behalf of the Vendor, Unit 1 was sold to investors Holden & Lee Properties for £170,000. As acting agents for the new owners, Robert Pinkus & Co. swiftly let the unit to Standguide Ltd. who has taken the 1,833 sq ft office accommodation until April 2011 at £16,500 per annum.
