A prominent Lytham town centre shopping arcade has been sold by Robert Pinkus & Co. to a local investor for an undisclosed sum. Clifton Walk Shopping Arcade on Clifton Street, is in the heart of Lytham’s busy high street and is host to eleven various retailers, including Hampsons Bakery, Passion Perfumes, The Fashion Shop, Chocolate Shop and additional office accommodation on the first and second floors.
Formerly trading as a nightclub called ‘In the Mood’, Clifton Walk Shopping Arcade originally opened in May 1987. Recently refurbished, the arcade has a total floor area of over 3,800 sq ft and offers the new owners an excellent investment opportunity in a thriving Fylde town.
