A national care service provider has taken new office premises at the head of Preston Dockland’s basin, overlooking the marina.
Hexagon Care Services Ltd. have taken three floors at Unit 1 Tustin Court, Riversway, Preston. Hexagon Care looks after children and young people aged 11 to 18 yeas old upon admission into the care of the Local Authorities and runs over 35 core services accross the country.
Hexagon Care takes the 8,463 sq ft offices on a 10 year lease from landlord Tustin Developments Ltd. with Robert Pinkus & Co. acting on behalf of the landlord. Hexagon Care will join other tenants in the building such as Yorkshire Bank and The Shaw Trust. A total net internal area of 39,504 sq ft is now fully let across all four suites at the development.
Richard Hargreaves at Tustin Developments said, “Tustin Court is now fully let which is great news for the existing tenants in the development and will provide an additional boost to the surrounding local economy. The offices are in a premier location overlooking the marina, surrounded by a variety of local amenities including a supermarket, 10 screen cinema, gym and several restaurants and we wish the new tenants all the best in their new premises.”
Tim Horrocks of Hexagon Care said, “The offices at Tustin Court delivered both on size and internal features as well as providing a more central location with great immediate access to the major north west motorways and to our network of care homes accross the country.”
