BrightHouse Takes Retail Space in Southport Town Centre

A leading rent-to-own retailer has taken a prominent retail unit in Southport town centre reports Robert Pinkus & Co. Caversham Trading Ltd. trading as BrightHouse has taken 3,684 sq ft of retail space at Queen Anne House on East Bank Street, from Landlords Skelhurst Limited on a 10 year lease at an undisclosed sum. Both Robert Pinkus & Co. and Cheetham & Mortimer were joint marketing agents. BrightHouse provides quality branded household goods to customers on affordable weekly payments through over 180 retail stores nationwide. This is the first BrightHouse store to open in the Southport area. The double unit premises are close to the main retail centre of the town and the train station with a number of bus stops and car parks nearby. The combined premises provide BrightHouse with large window frontage on East Bank Street and includes rear mezzanine areas suitable for storage and office accommodation.
