Booths Recieves Special Planning Award

Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP are very proud of their involvement as part of the development team of E H Booth & Co. Ltd. the regional food retailer which has been recognised with a special award from the Royal Town Planning Institute North West WYG (RTPI NW) at the Planning Achievement Awards 2013.
Booths received the special award at the recent Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony held in Salford for “their consistent and long term positive approach to the planning process.”
Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP is an active member of the Booths’ Property Development Team working alongside Donald Clark Architect, Steven Abbot Associates LLP, Turner Lowe, Napthens LLP, and architects Farrell & Clark, Damson Design, Wilson Mason, Helen Baldwin and Leach Rhodes Walker.
The practice has been involved in the development of all Booths’ new stores throughout the North West and North Yorkshire since 1973, a number of which have received awards in their own right.
The firm’s involvement has been in site acquisition and negotiation, including in some cases the assembly of complicated sites in multiple ownership.
