Barneys Bingo Hall Sold to Local Company

A sale of the former Barneys Bingo Hall on Poulton Road, Fleetwood, Lancashire, has been completed to Wyre Marine Services Ltd.
Wyre Marine Services is a local company that specialises in dredging marinas, coastal defence and riverbank protection.
Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acted on behalf of the Vendor Maple Grove Developments Ltd., the development division of Preston-based Eric Wright Group Ltd.
Future plans for building have yet to be confirmed.
